Welcome to EczemaTreatment.org. I am Scott Phillips, RN. I have been working part time as a  Registered Nurse for the past 4 years while preparing to receive my Masters and PhD in Nutritional Sciences. My goal is to one day help design and formulate skincare products like acne creams and eczema treatments. I really enjoy writing for this website because I can take everything that I am learning in school and use that knowledge to help you find the best eczema treatments available!

I realize that the average consumer wants to find the best eczema treatment and can be easily discouraged with the huge selection of treatments available. This has led some consumers to buy eczema treatments without reading any real feedback from real customers. I have gone on the hunt for the best eczema treatments.

I also provide eczema treatments reviews from real customers. That’s right, if you have tried a treatment and had success, think it is the best eczema treatment – or even the worst, I want you to share your experience.

I have put the best eczema treatments through a series of tests and base  findings on criteria that will benefit you in buying choosing the right onw. I hope that you have found this site to be helpful and informative.

I’ve been using BagBalm for the past couple months. While it has stopped the itch, the eczema has increased in size. It is obviously not getting rid of it. I prefer to stay away from steroids, etc. Any ideas?

I have been suffering from eczema since I was 9 yr. Old… I have a nasty, excaservating eczema on both my feet right now & I am so frustrated & cannot find the right treatment. I am also an RN & would like to ask your advice on how to prevent myself from scratching, I feel so helpless, I’ve tried antihistamine but it seems that it doesn’t help :(

I am 76 years old, female. Two years ago I was severely bitten by chiggers all over my legs, within weeks there were itchy red patches below my knees to the ankles. After many useless visits to the family doctor, a Dermatologist diagnosed it as nummular eczema. Since then I have tried every treatment, cream, ointment he suggested. Nothing works. I have never had eczema in my life, but my younger sister has it. Am now using an OTC gel called StaphAeseptic which seems to help if it is applied twice a day, I tried Eucerin, vaseline, and zinc oxide ointment, don’t take any hot showers or baths anymore …etc..etc… It is hard to sleep at night, especially, because of the intense itching.
Any suggestions.

I am a 33 year old male and have suffered from eczema for about 10 years. I’ve tried numerous medical and OTC treatments and I am currently using Elidel (2x daily), Hydrocotisone (2.5%), and just recently starting using the Aveeno Eczema Therapy Moisturizing Cream (google it and you will find several sites to order from). I have found the Aveeno cream to greatly reduce the itching sensation that has plagued me for years. I apply it several times a day and always right before bed and I’ve been very happy with the results. It’s no cure, but does help with the itching. God bless you all!
